Investor in place, Funds in place, Properties chosen, need Contractors ASAP

My business partner and I have secured a Private investor that is ready to fund our projects. We plan to implement some high end renovation to several properties in Atlanta. The goal is to acquire 9 properties within the next 12 months, 9 or more the following year and even more the year after that. The funding is in place, all we need are 5 general contractors that haved worked with investors on a regular basis that are interested in these jobs. I know that the BP forum is the perfect place for this because I know that many of you work with contractors that understand what investors want and can recommend seasoned contractors with experience.
