Hello all,

I just received an authorized agreement from a homeowner facing foreclosure. I like to think I'm in the business of helping families and not just making money. I'm looking for a cash buyer in the greater Phoenix area. ARV is about $180k. This is a low ball estimate. Comps are as high as $200k. The home needs less than $10 k in rehab. Who wants to help me to help this family?
