Senna House Buyers is a real estate investment company, not a brokerage or a traditional real estate office.We buy typically ugly houses and make them the nicest on the block to resell.  We are a small company doing big things in the Houston real estate market and we are looking for someone to join our team that can jump in and help us grow even more.

The right candidate will value continuous learning and be willing to jump way out of their comfort zone over and over again.They will enjoy the challenges of a growing company and be ready and willing to meet its dynamic needs.

Key Skills:

A good candidate will have very strong written and verbal communication skills

Have excellent organization and time management abilities

Proficient with MS Office

Stays calm and clear under pressure

Embraces personal growth and isn’t afraid to fail

Customer focused mindset

Regular work activities

Answering and making phone calls to potential sellers and buyers

Coordinating the sometimes complicated closing process with the title company

Maintain filing system for current inventory

Follow the current processes, be able to implement new and improve existing processes

Document control for all aspects of the business

Assist with showings and open houses

Anything that is needed in the moment to meet the needs of our customers
