Lenders Needed

Who would you recommend as a good source of funds for my local borrowers?

I've been slowly building a small Lending business here in Ohio. All of a sudden, I'm swamped by requests for funding on Rehab properties. Good properties and good deals, but I've tapped out my personal funds, and need some recommendations.

I've got a couple local lenders I can use, but they are definitely not cheap. I'm open to all sources, private money, hard money lenders, hedge funds, even banks.

Any suggestions?
