If you're an accredited investor seeking projects for investment check us out.  In addition to the development projects featured prominently on our site we will also be offering hard money debt investments and apartment reposition projects in Austin and throughout central Texas.  All projects will be passed through an investment committee with significant experience in the type of project being presented.
