FREE Kindle eBook! Introduction to Deal Analysis

In addition to starting up the website again, I've been getting lots of requests to turn some of my longer articles into Kindle books.  I did some research, and the only thing it appears I don't like about Kindle publishing is that I can't make stuff permanently free (open to suggestions if you know how I can!) -- though it appears I can do about 5 free days each quarter.

As a test case, I just took a long article I wrote many years ago ("Introduction to Real Estate Investment Deal Analysis"), turned it into a Kindle eBook, and published it as a free download for the next 72 hours.
