123Flip.com Is Back!

I've had a LOT of people ask me over the past year if I was planning to start posting and writing articles again at 123Flip.com.  While the goal has always been to come back to building the site, I just needed some time to free up and needed some new things to write about.

This week, now that life has calmed down a bit, I decided to start writing again.  I've done a small cosmetic renovation to the site, and I've decided that I'm going to start writing about some of the real estate activities we're doing OTHER THAN flipping.  I plan to write about buy & hold deals, wholesaling, note deals, lending, new construction, etc.

This morning, I posted a lengthy blog post about what will likely be our first long-term buy & hold deal -- including all the financial analysis of the project.
