I NEED HELP FINANCING A PROJECT!!!!!!!

I have an opportunity to buy a 170 'ish bed hotel located in Branson, MO. Branson is located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains. It is also the live entertainment capital of the United States.

This hotel is in very good condition, very profitableand has been well maintained. The owner is in failing health and wants to sell. It is a family ran business and I plan to keep it that way.
