2 Duplexes on same property!! Houston, TX 77026

2 Duplexes for a total of 2- 2BR units and 2-3BR Units on the same lot.

Selling at $78k, estimated repairs $20-$25k

Estimated ARV $120k-$130, finding comps in this zip code is a bit challenging, but we took an avg of other duplex property in the same zip. (keep in mind there are 2 duplexes on this property).
