Hello There -

I need a hard money loan for my buyer to close on my signed contract on January 28th

Here is basic information about the property in Queens, New York City, NY

135-01 230th Street, Laurelton, New York 11101

Around 1,500 Square feet

3 bedroom

2.5 bathroom

needs gut renovation

Lot size: 40X100

Corner property

Here is link to photos and more information

http://errs1036.vflyer.com/home/flyer/home/300580002

The purchase price will be $320,000

What is the maximum amount you can lend on this? ($300K would be good)

What is the interest rate you would charge?

Any upfront "points" charged?

Any points charged on the back end?

We need a loan for around 3-6 months.

Please let me  know via email preferably.

Thank you,

Matt
