3 SFRs Cash Flow Rentals Available in Memphis, TN suburb

I have 3 SFR properties that can be purchases as-is (need minor repairs) or we can rehab and sell turn key (already rehabbed)... Whichever you prefer. Short summary on the 3 properties:

Property 1 - Southaven, MS - 3 BR 1.5 BA needs approx. $6500 in rehab. Market rent is approx. $950 per month. As-is price $58,000.

Property 2 - Horn Lake, MS - 3 BR 1 BA needs approx. $6000 in rehab. Market rent is $850 per month. As-is price $49,000.

Property 3 - Horn Lake, MS - 3 BR 1.5 BA needs approx. $5000 in rehab. Market rent is $875 per month.

Property taxes on all properties is around $1200 per year. Yearly insurance on these properties will be around $600-$700.  

Prefer as-is sales with all of these but will rehab and sell turn-key if preferred. We can also place tenants and handle property management if desired through our partner company, Mid-South Real Estate & Auction Co. LLC.
