Hey Everyone!

I've got some solid cash buyers. Their criteria:

Grandview, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Raymore, and Gladstone areas. They are looking to acquire around 40 properties, up to 40k in repairs and sells for around 120 & up. They are flexible on the numbers, also looking for at least 3/1 to 3/2.
