My wife and I are considering retirement and have a 48 unit residential rental real estate portfolio located in Waterville-Winslow Maine to sell. It is well run, stable, and cash flows nicely.

Waterville Maine is home to Ivy League Colby College, Thomas College, a thriving downtown, and first rate medical center.
