Mobile Home Park Syndication w/ a 16% return

Hello Investors!

I have room left for a few accredited investors to participate in a Mobile Home Park syndication that will be closing in approximately 2-4 weeks.

The returns are projected at 16%, and I will be personally invested in this deal.

Please take a moment to review the executive summary, and let me know if you have any questions.

@Andrew L

This post is strange on so many levels.

1. Why should an investor give up 20% by not going direct?

2. The very first sentence from his summary has a typo--$100,0000---. Most of the presentation is copy and pasted from the real offering " Mobile Home Park Group 1, LLC a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (the "Project LLC"), is a single-purpose entity seeking to raise a minimum of $100,0000 and up to $1,000,000"

3. You should check with an attorney, but I pretty darn sure you are breaking SEC rules by posting this here.  It does not look like a 506c offering to me.
