Want to invest in NW Indiana? Turnkey Properties Available

Hi Everyone, 

I have just created a team out in NW Indiana and now I am on a mission to find investors who are looking to invest in that area! I have Investors in NW Indiana that offer a Turnkey service to out of state investors looking for rentals. They are able to provide several properties that you can be ALL-IN at or under 50K. They have purchased and rehabbed over 50 properties in the last 18 months and have bought and held properties for themselves as well as flipped properties. My job in this transaction is to wholesale these properties to you and make sure you are getting the highest profit and returns possible! I have listed down below what my team offers, sorry it is lengthy but I figured the more information, the better! What my investors provide: 
- Present properties to you with all pertinent data regarding the purchase, rehab Scope of Work, estimated insurance, taxes, management and maintenance expenses and show you the opportunity broken down to show you your projected ROI.

- Provide other service providers that can help with your investment such as our local insurance provider that are VERY familiar with investment properties, Local utility providers and property management services.

- Once you agree on the property, they take care of getting you all the purchase contracts, forwarding contracts to and connecting you with Title so you can do closing right from your local area. 

- Can work out the closing and rehab details to fit your needs.

- Once closed, immediately take on the rehab process and typically have homes rent ready in 30 days-tenanted within 45 to minimize carry costs. *Please keep in mind the purchase and rehab is paid by the buyer.

- Have their own insured contracting crews available to get properties ready in the most efficient time possible. Once its finished they will send you photos of the completed work and proceed with locating and qualifying a tenant for your investment. Once tenanted we maintain the property and take care of any tenant or property issues. We send each of our investors a month end statement along with their profits that breaks down rent paid, any expenses, property management fees and your profit.
