Hello Guys,

I have a commercial property lined up for wholesale but I need to confirm the ARV. I have an Idea but I want to double check my numbers. I'm in Phoenix AZ and I have been seeing more commercial deals come up, I need to add a new Commercial Realtor to my power team the one I have right now has proven unreliable...
