Good day! 

A short description about the Philippine real estate market, currently the prices of luxury condominium units here in the Philippines, in *Fort Bonifacio to be exact, ranges from 300,000 USD to 1,000,000 USD and prices per square meter are at 5000USD - 5500USD. Annually, value of condominium units here in the Philippines increases, on average, by 8%
