I keep seeing it over and over that people don't have cash to do this "amazing deal".    I've completed 100s of flips in the last few years and I have a line of credit that currently isn't being used enough.     So, i'm willing to partner with people in FL that have deals worth doing.    Only looking for 6 month or less flips.    You find it, I fund it and will mentor you through it.

YOU MUST BE AT LESS THAN 70% ARV. Meaning, the price of the home, plus the repairs needed need to be less than 70% of the final sales price of the home. I follow a 3 strike policy. If you send me 3 stupid deals in a row, i block all further communication from you.
 

Typically looking at 50/50 deals but every deal is different.
