BP Houston...

We are looking to build our team in Houston and need two positions:  

1.  Licensed real estate agent that can assist with reviewing properties, preparing offers, renting properties (this opportunity alone can be a six figure income within 1 year), assist in building our brand within the local Houston market.  We look to move properties quickly and have demand to ramp up to purchasing 10 properties a month.  Each of those properties needs to be rented and managed as well so we are looking for a dynamic team member who can help us build and develop that team.  

2.  Renovation manager.  We are purchasing 6-8 properties per month in Houston and have now outgrown our start-up team.  We are looking to add an experienced project manager to our team who can budget, prepare and manage multiple projects and crews as well as continue to build a reliable contractor list within the Houston market.

So, you can see there is incredible opportunity in our Texas operation and we are looking for some fantastic people...real All-Stars to join our TEAM!
