We are (hopefully) getting close to doing our first deal and would love to hear from anyone in the Atlanta area who has had a great experience with a PM.  We are looking at properties in Kennesaw/Woodstock/Marietta/Acworth.

@Julie Kern reach out to Emma at E&E capital management. 201.913.5000 She manages some of my investors properties as well as a lot of international investors. Rates are pretty competitive and they seem to do a good job w/ tenant placement and handling repairs. I'm not sure how much work they do up north as all the properties we have worked together on have been a little further down south. Best of luck
