If I may introduce myself (Jeff Basler) and my company in Security Realty & Capital.

We are a Kansas City based real estate firm which invests not only in single family assets, renovations and joint ventures but as a direct lender providing uncomplicated loans to experienced and introductory investors.  We love to teach when possible and learn when a blind spot arises.

Let’s win together:

Our experienced team of professionals has been involved in dozens of properties and with millions of dollars directly invested in our acquisitions, sales & renovations. We are pleased with our track record & with our ‘everyone must be better-served when our transaction is completed’ philosophy. The buyer, the seller, our employees and our business partners must be positively served.

Simply Put we measure our success by this yardstick: “Did everyone win?”
