WTB: Fix & Flip Properties in the Cincinnati Area

Looking for properties to fix and flip in the Cincinnati area.  I'm on the north side of town and would prefer that area, but will branch out if the deal is right.

I have bank financing already in place for up to $200K properties.  Not an issue that properties are distressed.
