2D and 3D Interior Design Service - BP Special Deal

Hello all,

Recently I began an effort to develop my 2D/3D design hobby into a small but growing business. I began doing this in order to help my personal renovation projects, and found a lot of interest locally in the service. I've had the opportunity to work with a few BP members, as well as some clients in my local neck of the woods.

Just a bit about what I can provide:

• 2D overhead views of a room layout
• 3D mockups in quick render finishes
• 3D perspective floor views, wireframes, "glass house view"
• Fully rendered 3D views with realistic lighting and coloring

For full disclosure I will note that I am not an engineer or architect, and encourage all my clients to vet any designs that include changes to the structure with an engineer. What I do is help you envision your project, and deliver something that you or your GC can use to ensure your finished product is how you want it to look. Often my clients come to me with a blank slate and simply say "what would you do," and other times, my clients have a clear vision of what they want, but need something to help get others on board. Whatever your needs are, let me know and I'll be happy to see if I can help.

** For remote design, I do ask people to pay in advance, as once the designs are delivered I have no recourse to encourage payment. If you're a well-established member I can/will consider exceptions to this rule.
