We now have financing available for Foreign Nationals. It's a No Income & No Asset Verification (NINA) loans for investors who want to Purchase, Refinance, or Cash out. Here are details about the program:

- Mid FICO 650

- Work VIsa

- Credit History with EIN or ITIN

- Up to 50% LTV for Multi-Unit, Apartments, and Commercial Properties

- Purchases require 90 day seasoning of funds

- 30 Year amortized loan

- 3 & 5 year fixed loans

 Hello Paul. With our Foreign Nationals program, we need them to have established credit with a EIN number. We don't look at income on these loans. The minimum loan amount is $100,000.
