Looking for Experienced Wholesalers in Jacksonville, FL

I am about to start a direct mail campaign and I am looking for an experienced wholesaler who will take all the calls from leads that are generated from this mailing.  I am willing to pay a $5,000 assignment fee on each deal.  

The mailing which is set to launch in the second week in September will target specific zip codes in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

Before proceeding I need to make sure that those who are working my leads are experienced and have the necessary skills to work with various types of sellers.  I will ask to be included on phone calls as well as face-to-face meetings with sellers to determine the level of skill.
