Padmapper.com shows rents in the 700-800 range.  

Property is located by several colleges and is not far from Michigan State University.

Similar sized homes are selling for much more in the area so if someone wants to do a full retail rehab we would consider partnering, or buy it yourself and do a quick fix and flip.
