About Us:  "Our platform requires no sign ups or log ins, and properties can be posted free."

Seller's page:  "Sellers and/ or those authorized to market a property for sale including all whom are authorized, (hereinafter are identified as Seller (s) ), are asked to submit a brief description, address, and contact information. If pictures are available, please say they are available upon request in the description.  With legitimate submissions, we will post the property for free providing Seller authorizes their contact information be posted with the property, its address, and authenticates their right to sell, either as the owner, Realtor, wholesaler, etc. This is required. We will simply copy and paste the authorized material on our pages."

Buyers page:  "Buyers can view properties in their interested areas and can connect directly with Seller or connect through us as we are in direct contact with seller."
