Investor Webinar: Trust Deed Investors
I originally posted here in the market place, looking for 1st trust deed investors. I have been inundated with investors asking for property opportunities, terms and information about our company. Since our inventory changes weekly, I will answer inventory questions when prospective investors submit a registration form and are approved. I would like to answer the most common questions I have been receiving about Capital Cove:
Q: Can I get a credit report from the borrower?
A: WE are the borrowers. We are NOT brokers. Capital Cove is an owner/operator. We purchase projects ourselves, then use 1st Trust Deeds for the renovation/construction of a project. Capital Cove has an A+ rating with BBB and has not defaulted on loans.
Q: Why do you place 1st Trust Deeds and not use your funds for the construction/renovation of the project?
A: We are capable of funding a project from start to finish, however we are looking to increase our assets and would like to focus the use of capital towards new acquisitions. For every 10 properties Capital Cove acquires, 7 are sold on the market and 3 are kept in our portfolio. These properties are completely renovated, then filled with renters, making them a turnkey investment.
Q: Where do you operate?
A: We have offices in CA, NY and NC. In addition to those offices, we also operate in FL and GA.
Q: Does Capital Cove take direct possession of funds?
A: NO. We use escrow to ensure a transparent transaction.
I have done several webinars to investors this past week, with many taking advantage of the opportunities that are available. In my presentation, I cover the basics of traditional investing, as well as the benefits of alternative investing. I will be doing two webinars this week, one on Wednesday the 6th at 11:00 AM, and the next Thursday the 7th at 6:00 PM. If you are interested in attending, please contact me, as spaces are limited. I look forward to connecting with everyone, and being able to answer all of your questions. Have a great week!
