I am wholesaling a Florida home. The address is 1120 Garland Dr. Sebring, Fl. 33870. It is a 2br./2ba. home that does need a rehab. It has 1,298 sq. ft.  Pics are on Zillow. I am asking 25k cash, obo. Homes in the area are easily selling between 70-75k. Let me know if you're interested.
