San Marcos, CA: Multi Family

I am looking for a multi family property in the San Marcos, CA area, in a decent & safe neighborhood within a mile or two of CSUSM.

Looking for a property that has some deferred maintenance, but nothing too major.  Prefer to stay away from major water or smoke damage, severely damaged roofs or foundations, or major structural, or code violations.  Rehabbing is fine; major issues - not so much.

Financing: I have some cash available, but some additional financing would be necessary also.  I'm open to reviewing financing options once a property is targeted.  If you are in finance and have interest, please PM me your contact info.  I'll reach out when a property is located and we move forward.
