We're looking for accredited investors for a 208 unit property in San Antonio. Our property management division currently manages The Heights at Midcrown for a third-party owner. The current owner is a Lender who foreclosed on the property during the recession but has been adamant not to spend money on the asset for improvements. Last year, the owner approached us about buying the asset but we could not come to an agreement on the price. The owner hired a broker to try and sell the asset but it didn't work out. They approached us again about buying the property and we were able to agree on terms at a significant discount to the previous contract price.

If you're interested in learning more, I can send you the Offering Memorandum and Subscription Agreement--just message me. You can also contact our CIO, John A. Latham, at [email protected].
