PROBATE LISTS FOR YOUR COUNTY? Get them weeks and months before publication.

Probate properties can be a source of big rewards, if you know how to contact the heirs early, before the probate is even published in the legal notices of your local paper. Once a death certificate is filed, the information on the person who died is public record. Then you compare this to the property ownership records for the county, and if there is a match, this property is a prospect for a major financial opportunity.

What if there were a service that did this for you, and sent you a fresh list each week? Well, you are in luck, as that service is available for most counties. For more information, and a special Bigger Pockets discount, contact me, Dave Metsker, at 503-620-2239. Reserve your county now, before your competion does.

Sounds good for investors in Oregon. Can you or the company supply access for "Notice of Petition to Administer Estate" for all 58 counties in CA??

"Notice of Petition" (probate) has to be published per CA probate code 8120-8125..
