Anyone Investing in Toccoa, GA or Stephens County?

Howdy,

I received a phone call from a gentleman here in the bay area that is looking to sell 3 or 4 single family houses in Toccoa, GA. I don't know many details about the houses but I would be happy to provide an introduction to see if any deal can be worked out. Please reply to this thread or PM me if you invest in that area.
