@Jessica Lee-Wen that still doesn't tell me what you do or what you're looking for. I would expect a "real estate development company" to be a builder. You include "commercial" so I would think that you build office buildings, strip centers, warehouses and apartment buildings.

"Real Estate Investment Company" is so broad that it gives me no clue what you do. Maybe a real estate investment company holds income producing properties. Maybe is does fix and flip type activities for commercial properties. Perhaps it just solicits money and loans it out.

So, could you be specific? Do you have properties for sale? Are you looking for people interested in investing money? If so, what is the money being invested into?

I did look at your web site and its not clear either. I'll be honest. Lack of clarity about what you're doing is a big red flag for me.
