Capital partner and I (operating partner), are looking to buy a fixer-upper/forced appreciation property in Buckeye Lake, OH. This will be part of a 1031 exchange later on.

We're specifically looking for lakefront property, so periphery of the lake itself. I was born and raised here and we both live here. We know area and numbers well.

Purchase price budget: $650k-$750k

Rehab budget: up to $250k

Anyone know of anything or leads or people to reach out to? Good time in the season. Again, we're looking for fixer upper along lakefront in Buckeye Lake, OH. We're open to any type of build, but multiplex of some kind would be ideal.
