First time flipper investing in Lakeland area looking for vendor recommendations

Hi all, I've been working on a property in Lakeland for a few months and am about to start putting together the finishes. I bought this place with a friend from out of state and am doing a lot of the work myself. Anything out of my league such as major mechanicals is being hired out, but finish work is going to be mostly me and that phase is about to start. I'm currently mid-way through hanging the drywall.

This was a major renovation which I know is not advisable for a first timer, but I bought this with the idea that it would be highly educational. Even if I break even I'm happy and will consider it a major win. My partner is of a similar mindset.

I am looking for recommendations on suppliers in the area. Some of the larger purchases I've got coming up are bathroom/kitchen/flooring/paint/appliances. If anyone has any that they'd recommend I'd love to hear it.

If anyone has any general advice I'm all ears. I'm here to learn and connect with like minded individuals in the area. I am very much willing to put in the work to learn here. I have a strong background in data analytics and automation and have been working in finance for over 10 years. If anyone thinks they'd want some help in those arenas in exchange for their recommendations or advice I'm very open to it.
