Building A Team Around Jackson, MS

Nicholas Brackett
Posted

Hi all,

I am just starting my REI journey and have narrowed down my areas to the Jackson, MS as well as the New Orleans, LA markets. I currently live in California and am hoping to build a team that is familiar with real estate investing, creative financing, housing authorities and Section 8/HCV, value adds, and renovations. Im looking for turnkey single family residences and multi-family as well as properties that can be rehabbed and equity pulled back out. Im not really interested in full renovations starting out, but will be interested as I get more experience. This is my first time on the Bigger Pockets website but I have listened to many podcasts and am hoping to connect with or get referrals for reliable contractors, wholesalers, real estate agents, real estate attorneys and accountants, housing authority reps as well as lenders and investors.

Any tips, advice, or referrals is greatly appreciated!

God Bless,

Nick
