Anyone doing Buy and Hold in Morris County New Jersey?

Just starting to think about getting a rental property and I'm trying to figure out which are the best places to have rentals in Morris County NJ. I was thinking Morristown, Dover, Rockaway or Livingston. Can anyone give me some advice?
