Finding someone to answer the phones

So we have a number of calls each day to our business phone. Most of the calls are VA's calling, or some other form of solicitation from individuals that do not have a house to sell. People that have a house for sale Do not leave a message usually. I am trying to figure out how to get help answering the without hiring someone full-time because it's not a full-time job. Say for example we get 15 to 25 phone calls a day and most of them are junk that wouldn't take up very much of someone's time.

I had someone reach out to me before wanting to sell me a VA package that had way too many hours for such a small job.
Any recommendations?
