Hi BP Community! So excited to start my real estate investing journey. We just put in our first offer on a duplex in Austin, TX and are under contract. YAY! We'd like to grow our portfolio so having a great investing team is essential, which is why we're looking for a local real estate savvy CPA in Orange County. If I decide not to self manage I would love to have some referrals for Property Managers too. Any referrals to stellar individuals or companies would be greatly appreciated!

Any advice on making both sides LTRs, or one side STR and the other LTR/MTR? Thanks in advance for your insight!
