I have a lot that seller is will to finance to me. My goal is to build 2 Duplexes on land. I need Transactional funding to cover

down payment 60000

closing,  3000, 

Ernest money 1000,  (Interest only payments to seller for 6 months) 

5000 and Gap for unforseen issues so $76000 at an acceptional rate for no more than 6 months, please let me know if this resonates with you or pass it on please
