ISO Awesome agent in Birmingham AL!

We have 2 properties we want to get listed asap. One is zoned commercial (it's a cashflowing STR duplex) and the other is a single family home with a basement apartment. We don't want just any agent... but one that will work their butt off to sell our places (online marketing, attends RE events in the city, has a lot of connections, will do open houses, etc). We do not want a "list it and forget it" agent. thx!
