Referral for Independent Insurance Agent for Liability Only

I'm looking for an independent agent that can help me get liability coverage (ONLY) for several rental properties in the DFW area, and help me understand how this kind of coverage should be structured. I plan on bearing the hazard risk myself.

Any help would be much appreciated.
