Seeking Off-Market Mobile Home Park Deals – Ready to Buy

Hello everyone,

I’m actively looking for off-market Mobile Home Parks and ready to move quickly on the right deal. I’ve been investing in commercial real estate since 2018 and have experience owning and operating MHPs, as well as self-storage and other asset classes. Now, I’m looking to acquire another park(or 2-3 park portfolio) and would love to connect with sellers and wholesalers who have solid off-market opportunities.

      Target Criteria:

  • Size: 40+ lots preferred
  • Location: Nationwide, but business-friendly states preferred
  • Occupancy: 60%+ (stabilized or value-add)
  • Lot Rents: Below market preferred
  • Utilities: Public or well/septic (no WWTP or lagoons)
  • Seller Financing: Preferred but not required
