I'm looking for an investor that would be interested in 7 condos available for sale in Ocala Florida. Owner willing to sell together at a discounted rate. All units are rented with long term tenants that would like to stay, paying $1200- 1400 per month and all willing to pay $200 more per month with the signing of a new lease. Priced between $127,500- 135,000. So $907,500 for all, willing to take at least $60,000 off to sell all together. HOA fee is $300 monthly. Three out of the seven units are completely updated, 2 are mostly updated and the last 2 have updated flooring. No carpet in any unit.
