Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly real estate agent in Columbus, Ohio? I'm an out-of-state, rookie investor wanting to BRRRR 2–4-unit multifamily rental properties.

I’m looking for an experienced, full-time realtor who is also an active investor and is excited about working with new buyers to build wealth together.

I'm out of Columbus and have done multiple value-add properties/deals. I'm also looking to add more deals that could be good BRRRR's
