Looking For Wholesales/Off-Market Deals In Palm Springs

Hello Everyone - My first post as I am beginning to navigate the community. I am looking to see if anyone has reputable sources for off-market properties in Palm Springs. I have been an agent for nearly 2 decades focusing in Los Angeles and we have recently purchased an Air BnB in Palm Springs and love it here. We’re looking to begin some flips or potentially add to our portfolio in the area. Does anyone have reputable sources for off-market pre-1975 homes in PS? I know there are quite a few rental restrictions in the area and prices are high so I feel like I’ve been banging my head against the wall looking for the right opportunity. Thanks everyone!
