Greetings everyone.  I'm looking to connect and work with an experienced local wholesaler in Southern New Jersey. I'm a seasoned buy and hold investor looking for additional deals in the Atlantic, Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties in NJ.  I'm also a Certified Appraiser in NJ & PA who works with other investors.
