I own a duplex in Portland, OR  Buckman district, built in the late 1800s. One unit has a long-term tenant who has been there for about four years, while the top unit is currently vacant after the previous tenant moved out. The home is in a great location with over 94 walking score.  I'm open to offers for the property but am not interested in selling through an agent—I already have a realtor and am exploring off-market opportunities.
