I’m under contract for my first property! It's a fourplex and I hear all the time about getting a qualified cpa or tax specialist to maximize tax benefits.

Does anyone have any referrals that works with bigger pocket investors? Thanks!

Mason - there’s a lot of real estate CPAs on here. I’d recommend looking in the forums, asking local FB groups for their recommendations.
